Description of the first floor:
- There are 3 fully furnished bedrooms.
- Room 4 can be used as an office and is located in front of room 3.
- There is a small room with 2 single beds, accessed through room 1.
- A toilet and refrigerator are also available on this floor.

Each complete room includes:
- Brand new beds (boxspring) and comfortable quilts.
- All rooms have a double bed that can be converted into 2 single beds.
- A spacious bathroom (3 m2) with a shower-bath, fitted washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer.
- Amenities such as a TV, coffee/tea service, and wireless internet are provided.

Room 1 (14 m2):
- This room includes a smaller attached room, 1A (8.5 m2), making it suitable for a family of 4.
- Guests can access the balcony directly from their own room.

Room 2 (11.7 m2):
- Guests can also access the balcony directly from this room.

Room 3 (11.7 m2):
- This room is connected to room 4 (14.5 m2), making it suitable for a family of 4 or 5.
- Room 4 includes the same beds as the other rooms, with an option for a third bed.
- It also has fitted washbasin furniture and a private toilet in the corridor.
- Guests can access the balcony from the corridor.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms.
