This charming holiday home is a delightful three-story house, boasting a detached and sunlit design. Impeccably furnished with tasteful decor, it offers a picturesque view of the majestic Rocciamelone peak. While the building serves as our personal residence, we are pleased to provide a guest annex and three cozy rooms exclusively for our valued guests. Moreover, you will have full access to our shared living room, featuring a grand Tyrolean wood-burning stove, a convenient computer with internet access, and a lovely garden complete with a gazebo, perfect for hosting delightful barbecues and picnics. Additionally, there is a dedicated area for sunbathing and a separate space for safely storing and repairing bicycles and motorbikes.Reviews

Directions
To reach our house in the countryside of Frazione Arnodera, a hamlet of Gravere, from Susa, in the province of Turin, follow these travel directions. We suggest contacting us directly for assistance in planning your journey.
By car:
If you are coming from the A32 Torino-Bardonecchia motorway, or State Roads 24 and 25, take the SUSA exit. Then, follow the signs for “Statale 24 del Monginevro” towards Oulx. Proceed past the town and make a left turn following the indications for PIAN GELASSA and PIAN DEL FRAIS. Drive for approximately 2 Km until you reach the junction for Arnodera. Our place, Scotty and Co., is located on the right side before you exit the village.
Please note that we have ample parking space available and a dedicated room for storing and performing minor repairs on two-wheeled vehicles.
