Welcome to our guest apartment on the beautiful banks of the Sevre Nantes, situated in Vertou, just a short 10-minute drive from downtown Nantes. With direct access to the "busway" and only 5 minutes away from the Congress Center, our location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers.This loft apartment offers a spacious 45m2 of living space, featuring 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a toilet. We provide bed linen and towels, as well as essential amenities such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, dish soap, towel, microwave, coffee maker, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, TV, and internet access. Additionally, breakfast is included in your stay.
If you prefer to dine in, we offer dinner upon request for an additional charge of 12 euros. You can also take advantage of our car parking facilities, bicycles, and enjoy our lovely garden.
