This charming studio is conveniently located near Bourg and the beaches, less than 500m away.Situated on the ground floor of a detached house, the studio offers approximately 25m2 of space with enhanced sound insulation. You will have your own independent outside access door, along with parking, a terrace, and a garden to enjoy.
Step into a world of wind, light, and stunning landscapes as you enter this cozy retreat. The living area includes a dining space and a well-equipped kitchenette with all necessary appliances and cookware. The sleeping area features a comfortable quality BZ bed for two people.
The bathroom boasts a spacious shower, and you can relax and unwind on the deck or in the garden, surrounded by calm and tranquility.
