Situated on the ground floor of a detached house, the studio offers approximately 25m2 of space with enhanced sound insulation. You will have your own independent outside access door, along with parking, a terrace, and a garden to enjoy.

Step into a world of wind, light, and stunning landscapes as you enter this cozy retreat. The living area includes a dining space and a well-equipped kitchenette with all necessary appliances and cookware. The sleeping area features a comfortable quality BZ bed for two people.
