Welcome to Villa Charlotte, located in the heart of PORNICHET's downtown area. Just 250 meters away from the beach and spa, and surrounded by shops and the lively city atmosphere, this villa is the perfect vacation spot.With the CLEVACANCES label and the acceptance of holiday checks, Villa Charlotte is a reliable and convenient choice. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people and offers a range of amenities for a pleasant stay.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a cooking tray, washing dish, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, senseo, kettle, grill bread, and all the necessary dishes and utensils. The dining area features a modern table and chairs, while the living room is equipped with a sofa, cabriolets, coffee table, furniture, TV, and hi-fi system.
The villa also includes a bathroom with a spacious shower cabin and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find the first bedroom with a double bed, bedside table, and wardrobe, as well as a second bedroom with two bunk beds and a sleeping loft, along with a wardrobe.
Outside, you can enjoy the patio terrace with garden furniture for your meals, a plancha for barbecues, and deckchairs for relaxation. Other equipment provided includes an iron and ironing board, clotheshorse, and central heating.
Linen is included in the rental, with beds made upon your arrival and towels provided for both the bedrooms and the bathroom, as well as kitchen towels.
Please note that during the winter period from October to May, the central heating is metered.
The rates and reservation information are as follows:
- Night rate: applicable from Sunday to Friday, excluding public holidays, with a minimum booking of 3 nights.
- Weekend rate: applicable for Saturday nights and holiday eves, with a minimum reservation of 2 nights.
- A discounted rate is available starting from the 4th night.
- An additional 5th sleeping option is available for an extra charge of 8 Euros per night.
- Pets are welcome with a fee of 25 Euros per stay.
The arrival day is flexible, except for the months of July and August, where bookings are from Sunday to Sunday.

Nous avons passé un beau séjour à la villa Charlotte. c'est une agréable maison, au calme, joliment décorée et bien équipée à deux pas des commerces et à une dizaines de minutes à pied de la plage.

maison très propre et très bien placée en centre ville mais au calme. Pas besoin de voiture : plage, commerces, golf, la Baule... tout est à proximité, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Belle décoration ! A recommander.
