This charming Provencal villa is situated on a private property spanning 3000 m2, surrounded by beautiful olive trees, hedges, and fragrant flower beds. With its two levels, the villa offers stunning views of the Alpilles mountain range. Each of the 4 bedrooms, ranging from 16 to 20 m2, features its own private bathroom and is tastefully decorated in a Provencal style. The villa includes two double beds measuring 1.60 m and two single beds measuring 0.90 m. Additionally, the villa boasts 5 toilets and is fully air-conditioned across its spacious 240 square meter area. For added security, an alarm system is in place.The villa's living room, measuring 63 m², is equipped with a fireplace, large screen satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, and hi-fi system. The Provencal-style kitchen is well-equipped with an American fridge, oven, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a covered terrace measuring 40 m², complete with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, perfect for entertaining friends and family.
Outside, guests can enjoy a game of boules on the villa's bowling green or take a dip in the beautiful swimming pool (10 x 5m), surrounded by lush greenery for a refreshing escape on hot summer days. The outdoor furniture and lounge area provide the perfect setting for relaxing in the shade of the trees or umbrellas.
Housekeeping is included once a week (additional cleaning available upon request) at a cost of 120. The entire property is illuminated with exterior lighting. The villa also features a laundry/utility room with a washing machine and a two-car garage for convenience.
