Located just 2km away from the village, our property offers breathtaking panoramic views and an immersive experience in the surrounding nature. Here, you will be able to escape the hustle and bustle of city life as you can neither see nor hear cars or neighbors, only the tranquil sounds of nature.Our property boasts a spacious swimming pool, partially designed with a stylish infinity edge, providing a luxurious spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
We offer two separate bed and breakfast units, each with its own independent access. The first unit, called "Lou Castellas," is located on the first floor of the Villa and can be reached via an external staircase. The second unit, named "Les Lucioles," is a standalone Annex-Maisonette. Both units are capable of accommodating up to four individuals and feature a private bathroom/toilet, TV, universal satellite receiver (Astra), fridge, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Additionally, all linen is provided for your convenience.
Each unit also includes its own outdoor space, complete with a garden table and chairs, allowing you to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings right outside your door. For added convenience, the "Les Lucioles" unit even offers an external covered kitchen, fully equipped for your culinary needs.
Situated in France, near Park Mercantour and the Italian border, our property is ideally located. Just 20km away, you will find the stunning coastline and its pristine beaches, while the magnificent ski resort of Limone Italy is a mere 35km away. For those who prefer public transportation, the village is home to a train station with connections to Nice, France, as well as Cuneo and Ventimiglia in Italy.
