The Margotière is a classic Breton house that offers a charming and independent accommodation experience. With a generous size of 70 m2 and a spacious garden of 700 m2, it is located in close proximity to the beautiful Ria d'Etel.

This house is perfectly suited for up to four guests, with the option of an additional bed for children. The ground floor features a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. There is also a separate bathroom and toilet for your convenience, along with storage space.

Upstairs, you will find two inviting bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm, while the other bedroom offers two single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm each.

At The Margotière, you can enjoy complete independence during your stay, whether it is for a single night or an entire week. For your breakfast needs, we provide essential items such as coffee, tea, orange juice, jam, and butter. Additionally, all linen is provided, and the beds will be prepared for your arrival.

The house is equipped with brand new kitchen appliances, a washing machine, and a TV. Beyond that, the rest is up to you, as you can enjoy your time at The Margotière without any time constraints.
