With three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom and toilet, our accommodations can comfortably host up to nine guests.

Start your day with a delightful homemade breakfast featuring mouthwatering treats such as walnut cake, jam, and yogurt. Savor the taste of freshly baked bread prepared over a crackling wood fire.

Bask in the glorious sunshine and enjoy the tranquility of our secluded woodland grounds, offering stunning views of the renowned village of Nailhac, famous for its exceptional walnut production. Take a refreshing dip in our secure and heated 10x5m pool. For your convenience, we provide a baby kit and complimentary WiFi access.

Discover the rich history of the region with Hautefort and Badefols d'Ans castles just a short five-minute drive away. The fascinating Tourtoirac cave awaits you within a ten-minute journey, while the iconic Lascaux and charming Sarlat are within 30 and 45 minutes respectively.

We welcome guests during the spring and autumn seasons, and offer additional services such as accepting checks and accommodating pets with prior consent from the owners.

The following are our room rates per night, inclusive of a delicious breakfast:
- Horn Room: Queen-sized bed for two people - €75
- Room Franquette: Queen-sized bed and single bed - €75 for two people, €90 for three people
- Room Grandjean: Queen-sized bed and two single beds - €110 for four people

We also offer a discount for stays of three nights or more.

Ce petit coin de Dordogne est magnifique. Serein, vert, et à deux pas de hauts lieux touristiques, sans être submergé de monde.
De grandes balades à faire.Le domaine est très beau. La maison spacieuse. Mathilde est une hôtesse aux petits soins. On y mange bien, on y dort bien. On ne manque de rien !!
C'est vraiment une adresse à noter précieusement.

Directions

If you are arriving from Limoges (coming from Paris), there is no need to go to Brive. Take the A20 motorway and exit at 36. Follow the signs for Saint-Yrieix-Pole. Pass by Saint-Yrieix-Pole and Lanouaille. Drive through the village of Saint-Agnan (attached to Hautefort) and turn left towards Badefols of Years and Etang du Coucou. Continue for several kilometers until you reach a place called "The Francille." Turn right towards "The Escures" and "Conangle." At the end of the road, turn right to reach your destination.

If you are arriving from Brive la Gaillarde, take the direction of Objat. Take the fast track and at the end of the road, follow the roundabout towards Varetz. Pass by Varetz and at Lieu Dit 3 "The Burg," turn left towards Saint Robert. Pass by Ayen and then take the road on the left towards Saint Robert, Coubjours, and Badefols of Years. Drive through the town of Badefols Dans and at the location "Les Bordes," turn left towards "Saint Agnan." Pass by Bridle and turn right. Continue and turn left towards "The Escures" and "Conangle." At the end of the road, turn right to reach your destination.

If you are arriving from the national road Périgueux, head towards Brive la Gaillarde. Follow the D89 road until you reach Azerat. After about 2 kilometers, at a place called La Mule Blanche, turn left towards Saint-Rabier and Hautefort.

Alternatively, you can take the A89 motorway. Continue on the A89 until you reach the Montignac, Sarlat, and Saint-Yrieix-Pole exit 17 (stay in the right lane at the toll). At the roundabout, take the direction of Hautefort.

In both cases, drive through the town of Saint-Rabier and continue until you reach Saint-Agnan. Turn right after the Crédit Agricole and the bakery. Continue for several kilometers until you reach a location called "Francille." Turn right towards "The Escures" and "Conangle." At the end of the road, turn right to reach your destination.
