Located on a spacious property, the Moulin de Saint-Germain is situated near a picturesque trout stream and adjacent to a forest. The Miller's Cottage is a charming detached house that is connected to a barn, both occupying the historic miller's residence opposite the landlord's mill. The cottage spans two floors, with a fully equipped kitchen and an open living area on the ground floor. The first floor features a bedroom with two beds (each measuring 120cm) and a spacious bathroom with a toilet. On the second floor, there is another bedroom with a 140cm bed, a 120cm bed, and a 90cm bed. The cottage is equipped with electric heating and wood can be provided at an additional cost of 35 euros per cubic meter. The cottage boasts a large open garden that runs alongside the river, although it is important to note that the garden is not protected. Parking facilities are available on the property. Additionally, we offer a smaller cottage measuring 35 m2, suitable for 2 to 3 people. This cottage is located in the adjoining barn and comprises a spacious room with a 160cm bed on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen area that flows into a small room with a single bed (90cm) and a bathroom with a toilet. Across from the cottages, there is a separate guest house featuring a bathroom, a toilet, and a living room furnished in the style of the old Mill Bread Oven.Reviews
