Welcome to Gîte "Le Clos de la Bodice," a spacious and charming house that can accommodate up to 12 people, located in the heart of the beautiful chateaux region of the Loire Valley.Inside the gîte, you will find a comfortable and inviting living room measuring 65m², complete with a cozy fireplace and a large round table that can seat 12 people. The fully equipped kitchen, covering an area of 15m², is perfect for preparing delicious meals. The gîte also boasts six spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, ranging in size from 10m² to 18m². Additionally, there are two bathrooms, two toilets, and underfloor heating throughout, ensuring maximum comfort and space for your family or friends during your stay.
Outside, the gîte is surrounded by a beautiful 5000m² plot of land, featuring a refreshing 50m² swimming pool, a delightful 24m² arbor with a barbecue, and ample parking space for your convenience.
Our rates include all the essentials for your stay, such as bed linen, towels, heating, firewood, and electricity. However, please note that a mandatory cleaning fee of €95 will be applied.
Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or an extended holiday, Gîte "Le Clos de la Bodice" offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and convenience for an unforgettable experience in the Loire Valley. Please note that weekend stays are available from September to March.
