Situated in a tranquil countryside village within the town of Mandeville en Bessin, it is conveniently located only a short 15-minute drive from the town of Bayeux and a mere 10 minutes from the sea. The farmhouse and cottage are nestled within a picturesque apple orchard, home to sixty apple trees and grazing sheep. Recently renovated, the property beautifully showcases the local stone and architectural features, complemented by a tastefully understated and elegant décor. The ground floor of the cottage features a spacious living room with a dining area that can comfortably seat 14 guests. There is also a cozy lounge area equipped with a TV and DVD player, which opens up to the kitchen. Additionally, there is a convenient shower room and a separate WC on this level. Moving upstairs, you will find four charming bedrooms. "The sea" bedroom offers a 140-sized bed, a 90-sized bed, and a crib. "The swamp" bedroom includes a 140-sized bed and a 90-sized bed. "The forest" bedroom features a 140-sized bed, while the last bedroom has two 90-sized beds that can be pushed together if desired. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on this floor. Outside, the cottage boasts a lovely terrace complete with garden furniture, parasols, and a barbecue for enjoyable outdoor meals. For added convenience, there is a garden shed equipped with deckchairs and children's games. The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden and offers secure parking away from the road.
