Description of the Gite:Welcome to our beautifully renovated house, designed with environmentally friendly materials and vibrant colors throughout.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with an open kitchen, offering breathtaking views of the surroundings. There is also a cozy bedroom named Simone, featuring a comfortable 160 bed and a private bathroom. Additionally, a convenient laundry room with a toilet and a washing machine is available for your use.
Moving to the upper floor, you will discover the Emmanuelle bedroom, complete with a lovely 160 bed and a charming wicker chair. Adjacent to it is the Alice chamber, inspired by Wonderland, featuring two beds measuring 100x200 (which can be joined together if desired).
For those seeking a peaceful retreat, the mezzanine area offers a perfect space for relaxation. Equipped with a sofa bed, a library, an office, Tibetan rugs, a TV, board games, and internet access, this area is ideal for unwinding and enjoying some quiet time.
To complete your comfort, there is a bathroom with a bathtub available on this floor as well.
Our gite is equipped with a solar water heater and we use only biological products for maintenance, ensuring a sustainable and eco-friendly environment.

Appréciations pour Le Chesne Rondel, Saint Germain Sur Ille:
ATTENTION ...Mauvaise surprise ...Très déçus .
Ayant réservé une chambre d'hôtes pour une nuitée, nous avons eu comme hébergement ...la maison des propriétaires qui est loin du descriptif et des photos idylliques publiées:
- la chambre ... multi-usages ... écran cinéma, fauteuils , canapé, table à langer et lit de bébé en service etc...
- la salle de bain avec effets personnels et affaires de toilette des propriétaires
- la cuisine...
le tout ...pas très "nickel"
Dans cette ambiance, nous n'avons pas pu nous sentir à l'aise.
Si les propriétaires avaient eu un imprévu...(notre réservation date du début mars) nous aurions aimé connaitre ce changement avant ...ce qui nous aurait permis de prendre nos dispositions ...mais à 16h45, un samedi soir, nous étions devant le fait accompli!
En conclusion, pratique à peine honnête, trompeuse, logement décevant.
NE RECOMMANDE ABSOLUMENT PAS !
