Located in a serene residential area, this villa offers tranquility and is only 50 meters away from the beach. The villa boasts a charming ground garden with three rooms and a spacious 250 m² garden. The bright main room overlooks a private garden and includes a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven. There are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a washing machine. Enjoy outdoor dining with the provided barbecue and garden furniture. In July and August, the rental rate is €1,800 per month for six people (prices vary depending on the number of guests). For other periods, prices will vary according to the season. This property is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. The owners are readily available to provide recommendations and help you explore the beautiful coves of the region, as well as suggest excellent restaurants and inns to experience Corsican gastronomy.
