You'll find all the necessary amenities within walking distance, including a bakery, newsagent, supermarket, and various restaurants. Additionally, there is a large area only 2km away and a restaurant with a pool right at the residence.
The apartment itself features an entrance, dining area, toilet, and a living room with an open kitchen that opens up to the terrace. There is also a cozy bedroom with a double bed (140) to accommodate 2 people.
The apartment is well-equipped with hot plates, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary crockery. Additionally, there is a dining table with chairs, a sofa bed available for an additional charge, a flat screen TV, and ample bedding including blankets, duvets, pillows, and bolsters.
