Welcome to the vibrant heart of Aix en Provence, where you will find our sun-drenched apartment just a short distance of fifty yards from the famous Cours Mirabeau. This charming abode boasts a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the Quartier Mazarin, accessible from both the living room and bedroom. The apartment comes fully furnished and air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable stay for up to three people.The living and dining room is equipped with a cozy sofa-bed, a dining table for four, and a delightful fireplace. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, and dishwasher. The separate bedroom can accommodate two guests, and fresh sheets and towels are provided. The bathroom features a shower over the bath, and there is a separate toilet. For your convenience, a washing machine is also available.
Step out onto the west-facing terrace, complete with a table and chairs, and enjoy the picturesque surroundings. The end-of-stay cleaning is included in your stay, and additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee of 30 euros. Underground parking is available at Parking Carnot, located just 300 meters away, with both hourly and daily rates.
