Welcome to Les Sables Holiday Cottage, a cozy retreat that comfortably sleeps 4 people and is open all year round. We offer the option of either free management rent or half board.Situated on the outskirts of Ain, Isere, and Savoie, at the base of Mont Cord and Mount Izieu, in the charming town of Glandieu Brégnier Cord. Our location is perfect for those wishing to explore the Viarhôna, a greenway that connects Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean, with direct access to the pathway. We are also conveniently located on the route of footpaths Pays de Lhuis and Izieu.
Our single-storey cottage, measuring 45m2, faces south and has a separate entrance. It features a lovely paved and shaded terrace, along with adjacent parking for both cottages. Nestled in a tranquil and secluded area, our cottage offers a main living-kitchen area with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. The bedroom can be configured with either twin beds or a double bed, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Outside, you will find outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and a lawn area for relaxation and play.
We offer flexible rental options, including overnight stays, weekends, weeks, and even monthly rentals. Our website displays rental rates based on the time of year and number of guests.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy during your stay with us, such as cycling, swimming, and walking with our donkeys. We also offer themed vacations throughout the year. From April to October, we have a partnership with the nearby Walibi amusement park, offering discounted rates on park admission. Additionally, we offer donkey-themed vacations, allowing guests to interact with and learn about these gentle animals. From May to September, we have a hiking tour in collaboration with the Tourist Office, featuring a 5-day, 4-night stay in our cottages, with visits to the Tower Lhuis Izieu.
In 2015, we introduced a new holiday experience, offering a chance to explore the Green Lane with accommodation in our cottages. This package includes a 3-day, 2-night stay, with the option to use VTC bikes or electric bikes. This experience is suitable for families as well.
