Located just 10 minutes away from Aubenas, this stunning stone farmhouse is surrounded by nature, offering a tranquil and serene environment. The farmhouse boasts a wing with 5 bedrooms, each with their own independent access, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. Among these bedrooms are 3 double rooms and 2 family rooms, each featuring their own table and terrace for your convenience.

On the left side of the farmhouse, you will find two inviting terraces, one of which is adorned with a pergola, providing the perfect spot to unwind. Additionally, there is a spacious dining room with a fireplace, where you can enjoy the library or engage in board games. Adjacent to the dining room is a small TV lounge, ideal for relaxation.

For ultimate relaxation, take advantage of the refreshing pool equipped with massage jets and offering breathtaking views of the Tanargue. You also have the option to indulge in an in-room massage by a certified practitioner or explore the surrounding area by embarking on scenic walks from the farmhouse.

In the evenings, Thierry, our talented chef, prepares simple yet delightful meals infused with traditional Provencal or local flavors, ensuring a memorable dining experience for the whole family.

The MAS Bourlenc, located just 10 minutes from AUBENAS, offers the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking relaxation. Surrounded by nature, guests can enjoy the tranquility interrupted only by the pleasant sounds of birdsong and cicadas in the summer. The property boasts breathtaking views from various locations, ensuring privacy and serenity.

The old barn has been beautifully restored and expanded by Thierry, using high-quality materials such as stone, wood, and lime. The result is a stunning 230 m2 stone farmhouse nestled among a variety of trees including olives, Eucalyptus, fig, mimosa, oaks, and pines. The farmhouse is divided into two wings, each with independent access but connected to allow for peaceful rest in the bedrooms and personal space for everyone.

The left wing, known as the day area, opens onto a large shaded terrace with a dining area and a second open terrace offering a 180° view of the surrounding nature. The semi-professional kitchen with Provencal ceilings is a chef's dream, equipped with ample storage space, two sinks, granite countertops, a Lacanche gas stove with 5 burners and oven, a second oven, microwave, two refrigerators with freezers, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and various semi-professional cooking equipment. The kitchen also opens onto a cozy TV lounge with easy access to the terrace and a toilet.

The right wing is dedicated to five independent bedrooms, each with its own terrace furnished with tables and chairs for peaceful reading and enjoying the view. The rooms are well-appointed and include amenities such as individual kettles, hair dryers, and fans. The farmhouse also features stone walls, wooden shutters for windows and doors, and screens on most windows.

Guests can cool off in the saltwater swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5 meters) which includes two jacuzzi jets. The pool area offers a beach with sun loungers, allowing guests to admire the olive trees on the property and the view of the Cevennes. A shelter with a fridge, table, and chairs is available for convenience. Other amenities include a ping pong table, board games, books, and the opportunity to witness honey extraction in the honey house below the terrace.

Parking is available at the bottom of the property, and guests have access to numerous hiking and biking trails starting from the farmhouse.
