Welcome to the "LA GRANGE" apartment, located in the charming village of Bonnieux, known for its authenticity and beauty in the Luberon region. Situated amidst vineyards and cherry trees, this apartment offers a peaceful retreat just a 10-minute walk from the village. Perched on the first and last floor, accessible via a metal staircase, it is a part of a historic farmhouse dating back to 1718, but is completely independent.With a size of 50 m2, the apartment features a comfortable living room with a sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The bedroom, separated by a glass roof, is furnished with a cozy double bed (160 X 200). Additionally, there is a shower room with a toilet. The recently renovated apartment boasts stone floors, a beautiful canopy, and harmonious colors, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
Enjoy uninterrupted tranquility and stunning views of Mont Ventoux and the neighboring villages of Lacoste, Roussillon, and Gordes. This idyllic setting is perfect for unwinding under the sun and exploring the enchanting Provence region.
We offer weekly prices for 2017, starting from 395 euros for two persons until April 1st. The rates increase to 450 euros from April 1st to May 13th, 550 euros from May 13th to July 1st, 665 euros from July 1st to September 2nd, 550 euros from September 2nd to September 30th, 450 euros from September 30th to October 13th, and finally, 395 euros until December 31st. During Christmas week (December 23rd to January 6th, 2017), the rate is 450 euros.
Please note that during the period between July 1st and September 2nd, the apartment is available for weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. However, outside this period, we offer the flexibility of a minimum stay of 3 days. Additional guests beyond two people are charged 15 euros per day.
All rates mentioned are all-inclusive, covering electricity, taxes, Wi-Fi, linen, and towels.
