Description for Gite

The newly completed "Bergerie" cottage, an expanded T2 bis, is now available for the summer holidays of 2015. With its prime location and comfortable amenities, this house is perfect for accommodating a small family (maximum 4/5 persons + 1BB) for various lengths of stays, whether it be for a vacation or a cure.

The cottage has been enlarged to 40m2, with an additional room of 15m2, providing more space to enhance your stay. Situated to the west, it is built on the site of the old barn, hence its name. The main room features walls covered with planks that have been bleached, giving it a contemporary yet traditional feel. The room is flooded with natural light, thanks to the under rampant ceiling and the electric roller shutter door window, which also grants access to a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a parasol.

In the main room, you will find a closet-wardrobe, a very comfortable sofa bed, a loft bed 90, an armchair, a TV with TNT channels, and a radio/CD player. The bedroom, with a Velux window, is 15m2 and includes a 140 bed with a headboard that offers storage space, a wardrobe, 2 cupboards, a valet, and a table with 1 seat. A cot can also be provided for a small fee.

The cottage is also equipped with a kitchenette that features a fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, and 2 hobs with an extractor hood. A buffet with dishes, pots and pans, and a table with 4 chairs complete the kitchen area. Additionally, a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and iron are provided for your convenience.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, a massage shower cabin, a cabinet with a mirror and sink, a hot water tank, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. For an additional fee of 5/week, a gas plancha is available for use. Free WIFI internet access is provided, and there is also an RJ45 socket for Ethernet card connection (a cable can be loaned if necessary).

Guests have free access to the secured pool, as long as the rules of use are followed and responsibility is taken. Bicycles for men, women, and children, as well as a BB gate, are available for use, as are games for children and adults. A parking space near the house is also provided.

For the comfort of future guests, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed. Furthermore, the cottage is non-smoking (equipped with a smoke detector), and different rates, depending on the season and length of stay, can be provided upon contacting us.
