Description for B&B:
Our house is located in the center of Broye village, just 200m away from the bakery, grocery store, and hiking trails. The room opens directly onto our peaceful south-facing terrace at the back of the house. This cozy suite, measuring 35m², features a 140cm bed, a shower, and a toilet. A kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and hot plates allows for meal preparation. The living area, complete with a TV, is centered around a wood stove.
Breakfast is served in our garden or dining room. We have a one-acre meadow where horseback riders can bring their horses to stay. We also provide baby equipment such as a crib, high chair, bath, changing mat, and baby carrier, as we have our own two children aged 6 and 2.
Our B&B is located in Broye, Saone et Loire, 15km from both Le Creusot and Autun, in a quiet village close to the Morvan. It is situated in an adjacent building to our house, which used to be a village café and forge. We have restored it with a warm and friendly wooden ambiance.
We offer a table d'hôte upon request. I provide meals made with organic products from the Morvan, which are delivered weekly by local producers. Guests also have the option to heat up a meal in their room or have a picnic during the season.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, including hiking and biking trails that start from Broye. Autun, Mont Beuvray (archaeological museum), and the Creusot with the Park glassware and valleys of the park are all nearby. Various sports and cultural activities are available, such as windsurfing, climbing, paragliding, fishing, and more. We personally enjoy mountain biking downhill and dirt, as well as windsurfing, and we can guide guests to explore our site. We also offer introductory lessons for mountain boarding, Trailskate, ripstick, and freemoove.
Our rates are as follows:
- Night: 1 person - €45.00 to €50.00, 2 persons - €50.00 (additional €5 for children)
- 5% discount for stays of 3 nights or more
- Dinner: €13 per person
- Warm meals: €9
- Mountain bike rental: €10 per day, €6 for half a day (home delivery available)
- Horse rental: €10 per day.
