Loucastan is a recently refurbished house located in a peaceful hamlet, just 3 km away from the highway. The surroundings of the house are not fenced, but they include a lovely south-facing meadow with a charming lime tree providing shade for your outdoor meals, as well as a chestnut grove to the north.This spacious house offers accommodation for either 4 or 8 people, with two bedrooms on the ground floor and two additional bedrooms upstairs under the roof. Each level features a separate bathroom and toilet, with a shower room on one floor and a bath on the other. The well-equipped kitchen includes a traditional inglenook fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings, and a dining room where you can gather for meals. Upstairs, there is a comfortable lounge area where you can enjoy relaxing moments.

Directions
To reach Tulle, take exit 20 towards Seilhac or Clermont Ferrand on the highway. Then, continue on RN120 towards Naves Seilhac. After that, turn onto D167 and drive towards Lagraulière village, which is located 1.5 km away. If you are coming from Limoges or Brive, take exit 45 and follow RN120 towards Seilhac. After 3 km, turn right onto D167 and continue for another 3 km.
