Welcome to our B&B Room of hosts located on the Coast of Pink Granite, close to PERROS-GUIREC in BRITTANY. Our charming accommodation is situated in the Farm of my Grandmother, near Lannion, offering an ideal location to explore the Paimpol area with Roscoff on the unspoiled and exceptionally beautiful Granite Coast Pink. We are conveniently located between Perros-Guirec, Tréguier, and Paimpol, in the Coasts of Armor 22 in Brittany.

Marie invites you to stay in our Bed & Breakfast room, which is located on the ground floor of the main house in the authentic restored farm. This room is suitable for 1 to 2 guests. Alternatively, we also offer a renovated separate building with a kitchen, perfect for 1 to 5 guests.

Wake up to a delicious breakfast served between 8:00 and 9:30. We offer a variety of hot drinks such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and milk, as well as toast with salted butter, homemade jams, Breton fruit juice, yogurts, and homemade cakes or pancakes. Before you start your day, I will provide you with information about the Coast of Pink Granite and its surroundings, helping you plan your exploration of our beautiful area. I can also recommend some great restaurants and pancake shops.

We provide a large private car park, washing machine, barbecue facilities, a spacious garden, and play areas for children. We also welcome well-behaved pets upon request, and we have complete baby equipment available.

Our prices range from 45 to 55 euros per night, including breakfast for 2 people, depending on the season. We accept payment by cash, checks, or holiday vouchers.

We offer flexible availability, including nightly, weekend, mid-week, and longer stays. Our B&B is open all year round.

Welcome to my Grandmother's Farm located in Lannion. This charming property is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Paimpol area and the stunning Granite Coast Pink, a protected site of exceptional beauty with unique landscapes. Situated between Perros-Guirec, Tréguier, and Paimpol in the Coasts of Armor region of Brittany, this old stone longère offers comfortable accommodation with private entrance and terrace (60m²) equipped with a barbecue and outdoor seating.

Inside, you will find a well-appointed living area with a fully equipped kitchen including a multifunction oven, microwave, 220 L refrigerator, 50 L freezer, hotplate, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, and small appliances. There are also two toilets and a bathroom with a bathtub. The cozy living room features exposed stone walls, a fireplace, a three-seater sofa, and two armchairs. The accommodation includes one bedroom with three single beds (90 x 200), an office space, and a wall cupboard, as well as a second bedroom with one double bed (160 x 200), a baby bed, and a cupboard. Television is available upon request.

This property offers an ideal location for your vacation on the unspoiled and breathtaking Granite Coast Pink, just a one-hour drive from Brest and Saint-Brieuc, and only five hours from Paris. The beautiful beaches are just nine kilometers away, and the town center is only two kilometers from the farm.
