The historic girls' school from 1872 has been fully renovated and now offers three spacious and beautiful rooms, as well as a luxurious suite. The guest rooms are conveniently located on the first floor, accessible through grand stairs. Each room has its own private shower and toilet for your convenience.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast in our charming dining room. We pride ourselves on sourcing fresh bread from a local French baker, and our own chickens provide the eggs. For dinner, indulge in a home-cooked meal made with the freshest ingredients of the day, accompanied by a carefully selected wine from our Tables d'Hôtes. All this is available for a fixed price. If the weather permits, dinner can be enjoyed in the courtyard, offering a delightful view of the garden and pool. In case of inclement weather, dinner will be served in our cozy dining room.

As the evenings grow longer and cooler, you can unwind and relax in our comfortable lounge. Take advantage of our Dutch library or access the internet for your convenience.

Directions to Bourgougnague:

Located in the south-west of France, in the Aquitane region, in the Lot-et-Garonne department, just south of the Dordogne, Bourgougnague is situated four kilometers from Eymet. La Vieille Ecole can be found on the outskirts of this town.

If traveling by airplane, Bourgougnague is a convenient 30-minute drive from Bergerac airport and 90 minutes from Bordeaux. Both airports offer car rental services, or arrangements can be made for pick-up or drop-off at the airport.

Alternatively, a fast train connection is available. The TGV, France's high-speed train, provides a direct route from Paris to Agen.
