We have 3 spacious rooms available on two levels. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms measuring 17 m² each, with 160x200 bedding. One of the bedrooms has a mezzanine with an extra bed available upon request. Both bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace, which is 62 sqm in size and overlooks the park. The bathroom on this level includes a bath/shower cabin with jets, double washbasin, and a separate toilet.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom/suite with a PMR 140x190 bed. This room has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The room measures 19 m² in size.

The property also includes furnished terraces with garden furniture, a beautifully landscaped green space, an orchard, a stretch of water, a kiosk, a bowling pitch (balls are provided for playing), and a parking area.

The location is conveniently close to several attractions: Honfleur is 20 km away, Deauville is 34 km away, Le Havre is 38 km away, Rouen is 55 km away, and Caen is 70 km away. Within a kilometer, you will find a golf course, a sailing club, a lake, and a river for fishing.

The rates for a week stay (Monday to Thursday) are 79 euros per night, and for a weekend stay (Friday to Sunday) the rate is 95 euros per night. These rates include the room, bed linen, bath amenities, and breakfast served either at our table, in the room, or on the terrace. We also have 2 horse boxes available for equestrian guests (please contact us for more information). Additionally, it is possible to rent the entire estate upon request.

Directions

To get to Paris A13 - Exit 26 Pont-Audemer, follow the signs for Pont-Audemer and then A13 Caen - Deauville - Trouville by D675. Continue through Saint-Germain-Village and enter Toutainville. After passing the entry sign in the village, take the first left onto Path Vauliou - Craft Zone of Hetrey. At the fork, turn right onto Tricqueville Road. Drive under the bridge and immediately turn right. Pass the laundry on your left and cross the small bridge. Finally, turn right immediately after the bridge and go up the gray gate (which will need to be opened).
