Description for B&B:

We are located in the Limousin region, close to two medieval towns and a fascinating tourist area. This area is known for its ancient caves, Roman cities, lakes, rivers, and various water sports and fishing activities. Major landmarks and cities are easily accessible within a half-hour drive, with convenient access to the motorway that is free all the way south to Breve. Situated halfway between Paris and Toulouse, we are an ideal stopover or base for exploring the center of France. Our rooms are simple and clean, equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, welcome tray, towels, and work surfaces with connections for your computers and phones. The showers are shared among three rooms, and additional toilets and showers are available in the house if needed. We have a strict no-smoking policy but provide a smoking shelter in the park, along with designated smoking areas around the grounds and next to the snack bar. The snack bar is open daily from 10:00 until the last customer is served, and the restaurant is also open throughout the day. Breakfast can be enjoyed inside the house or outside in the restaurant. Tents can be reserved for accommodation. We offer three bedrooms near the house, each with two double beds and a set of bunk beds (sleeps 6). Prices for a house can be found on our website. Payments can be made by card through our website's payment page, using PayPal, checks, or payment directly from your phone to our account. Cash payments are also accepted. We welcome pets but require owners to take full responsibility for their pets and any potential damages. Extra cleaning charges may apply, and we reserve the right to charge a hosting fee. Most pets stay free of charge, but we ask that dogs be kept on a leash for the comfort of others. We have musical instruments available and occasionally host informal evenings with singing either inside or outside around a fire in the park. Handmade jewelry by Valerie is available for sale in the snack bar. Guests are invited to visit our gentle Icelandic horses, as well as our chickens and two cats (note that the cats are not allowed inside the house). Parking is plentiful, and no reservation is required. To make a reservation, please contact us by phone or through our website. We speak French and English and can manage a few words in German. For more information, please visit our website or contact us via phone, text, or email. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

Description for Gite

Welcome to our guesthouse in Central France, conveniently located near two medieval towns in a fascinating tourist area. Explore ancient cave dwellings, Roman towns, and enjoy various water sports and fishing activities in the nearby lakes and rivers. With easy access to the motorway, you can easily reach other places of interest and large towns within half an hour's drive. Our location, halfway between Paris and Toulouse, makes us an ideal stopover or base for exploring central France.

Our rooms are simple and clean, equipped with Wi-Fi, television, welcome tray, towels, and work surfaces with sockets for your electronic devices. The showers are shared between three bedrooms, and additional toilets and showers are available in the house if needed. We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the building, but we provide a designated smokers shelter in the grounds where you can enjoy your cigarette. Smoking is also permitted at the tables around the grounds and next to the snack bar.

Our snack bar is open all day, starting from around 10 am until the last customer is served. Additionally, our restaurant is open throughout the day, and breakfast can be enjoyed either inside the house or in the restaurant. If you prefer camping, we offer a reservation service for tents. Please check our website for gite prices and make your payment using our secure online payment page with PayPal. We also accept checks, direct payments from your phone into our account, or cash.

Pets are welcome, but we ask that you take full responsibility for them and their behavior. While there is usually no charge for animals, we may apply an additional cleaning fee if required. For the comfort of other guests, we kindly request that dogs are kept on a lead while on the premises. We have had guests with dog phobias in the past, and we want to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Water is available for dogs near the snack bar.

Join us for informal evenings of music and singing either inside the house or around a fire in the grounds. We have musical instruments available, and guests are welcome to participate. Don't miss the opportunity to explore our local produce and browse through Valerie's handcrafted jewelry available in the snack bar.

Visit our friendly Icelandic horses, known for their gentle nature. We also have chickens and two cats, who, like the chickens, are not allowed inside the house but may try to sneak in! Parking space is plentiful, so no need to reserve in advance. To make a booking, simply contact us through our website, phone, text, or email. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
