This 100m² detached house is perfect for accommodating up to 4 guests and is spread over two levels.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a modern fireplace, connected to a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The large windows in the living room provide plenty of natural light and offer a beautiful view of the garden from both the south and west directions.
Moving upstairs, the first floor features a versatile space that can be used as a game room or office. Additionally, there is a generously-sized bedroom with two twin beds measuring 80 cm each.
The expansive 3600m² walled garden is a true oasis, boasting a diverse range of vegetation including mimosas, agapanthus, palms, bamboo, camellias, and, of course, hydrangeas. It's also a favorite spot for various species of birds who have made it their home.
As for amenities, the house is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and various small appliances. Outside, you'll find garden furniture, a barbecue, and electric heating to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
