Description for B&B:

MAS DE GION

Located on 4 hectares of lush green meadows, Mas Gion showcases the unique architecture and walls made of pebbles from the Crau region. As you explore this charming establishment, you will come across one of the last remaining hangars made of Crau pebbles. This building has served various purposes throughout its history, including being a farm, a small cinema for the locals, and a Hara for horse breeding. Today, it stands as a tranquil guest house, offering a haven of relaxation.

During the summer months, you may witness the harvesting of the famous Crau hay, known as the "Green Gold." This hay holds the prestigious Origin Controlée AOC designation, making it the only hay in the world with such recognition. The first cut of this hay is highly sought after by racehorses from the Arab Emirates.

At Mas Gion, you will also have the opportunity to meet our delightful farm animals, including dogs, cats, chickens, turtles, and other unusual creatures.
