Welcome to our charming 3-star country holiday cottage, named "Cabernet". With a spacious area of 90 square meters, it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient storeroom, a cozy dining room, a fireplace with a chimney, and a television with a DVD player for your entertainment.The first floor comprises two lovely bedrooms, featuring two double beds (140 cm) and one single bed (90 cm). Additionally, there is a well-appointed bathroom for your convenience. Stay connected with our complimentary WiFi access throughout the cottage.

Directions
To head towards Paris, take exit 40A and continue on the N137 road towards Saintes. Once you reach Poteau, follow the signs towards Teuillac. Take the first right towards Villeneuve, and continue for 500 meters until you reach a track called Villeneuve Baillou on the left. The Château Mercier will be located on that track.
