This gite, originally built in 1830, underwent a total renovation in 2014, where we carefully selected materials and equipment to ensure your utmost comfort.The furniture in this house reflects the glorious era of French style, but with a contemporary twist. The bathroom is designed to provide both comfort and tranquility, perfect for starting your day or winding down in the evening. Our porcelain dishes and crystal glassware enhance the art of living during your breakfast or meals.
We have paid great attention to detail when it comes to your sleeping arrangements. The French-made bedding features a slatted base, a King size mattress with 600 springs per square meter, measuring 180 * 210 cm. The pillow-top mattresses and double pillows ensure a restful night's sleep.
The breakfast lounge opens onto a patio, overlooking a vibrant flower garden. The soothing sound of the water lapping will help you relax and unwind.
You can expect high-quality furniture, luxurious bedding, and numerous amenities, all offered at an excellent price without compromising on service quality.
Each room is equipped with a double bed measuring 180 × 210 cm (which can also be separated into twin beds if desired), a spring mattress with a mattress topper, a cozy seating area, a desk, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a hairdryer, and a courtesy tray with tea and coffee. Additionally, each room is furnished with a 98 cm flat-screen TV with international channels, a bluray/DVD/CD/radio/MP3 player, and a phone with wifi connectivity.

Directions
To reach the Dixmeresse from Tours to Angers, take the A85 motorway. After traveling for about 5 kilometers from the Dixmeresse, you will reach the Bourgueil exit. Once you exit, follow the signs for Bourgueil and Restigné, and look for directions leading to the "Church of Restigné". The Dixmeresse, characterized by its old tithe barn with a high pitched roof, will be easy to locate.
