The cottage offers a separate entrance, a beautiful garden, parking space, and a terrace with garden furniture. Additionally, there is an above ground pool available for your enjoyment. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, 5-burner stove, microwave, and a fridge/freezer.

The dining room is furnished with a TV and DVD player. There are three double bedrooms, one of which includes a sink and shower. There are also two separate bathrooms with showers, as well as two toilets. For your convenience, there is a washing machine available.

In addition to the main cottage, there are two small annexes. Each annexe features a single bed and a mezzanine area with a sofa and a library.

Upon arrival, all beds will be made and towels will be provided in the bathrooms. The cottage's location offers easy access to the sea in just 45 minutes, as well as the mountains and Spain in approximately 1.5 hours.

Directions

To reach Dax from Bordeaux, follow the expressway towards Dax Amou, which is about 30 kilometers away. Then, continue towards Pomarez Amou and head towards the management exit of Hagetmau. Take the second road on the right and continue for 400 meters until you reach your destination.

If you are traveling from Toulouse, take the Highway to Orthez. After driving for approximately 15 kilometers, follow the signs towards Amou.
