We are offering three different room options for you to choose from.The first room is spacious and includes a 160-sized bed. It also has its own private bathroom with a shower and a luxurious balnéo bathtub.
The second option is a parental suite, which features a comfortable 160-sized bed. Additionally, there is a mezzanine area with two individual beds sized at 90. This suite also has its own private toilet.
Lastly, we have a duplex room available. It consists of a queen-sized bed, a bathroom, and a private toilet. It also includes a cozy small lounge area, which can be used as an extra sleeping space if needed.
Description for Gite
Valerie warmly invites you to her charming 100 sqm bed and breakfast, located in the beautiful green valley of the Royal Eure, just 1 hour and 5 minutes away from Paris and Dreux. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, combining the traditional charm of a Norman cottage with contemporary comfort.On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living and dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable 160 bed and a sofa, while the other two bedrooms have two 140 beds each. There is also a bathroom with a jacuzzi corner bath, shower, and toilet. The bed and breakfast is equipped with a color TV, and a cot and high chair are available upon request.
During your stay, you can enjoy the on-site tennis court, bicycles, and children's games. There is also a barbecue and garden furniture for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Bed linen and housekeeping services are provided, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Un endroit calme . Un petit déjeuné exquis . Un parking .Une gérante tés agréable . Une chambres confortable et très jolie ( duplex ) . Mais que demande le peuple !!! Un très bon séjours que je vais surement renouvelé .
