Located in the peaceful residential area of Saint-Jean, just 9 km away from the center of Toulouse and its famous Place du Capitole, this charming studio offers a tranquil retreat. With easy access to major roads, it is surrounded by an oak wood, providing a serene environment. Although attached to the owners' house, the studio has independent access and parking is available in front of the property.

Conveniently situated, all necessary amenities and public transportation are within a 5-minute reach. The metro access lines A or B can be reached within 10 minutes by bus (via the Tisséeo bus network) or 5 minutes by car.

The studio, covering an area of 18m2, is tastefully furnished and features a comfortable 140 cm wide convertible sofa bed with a 12cm thick mattress topper for a pleasant night's sleep. It also includes a kitchenette and a wardrobe for your belongings. The separate bathroom offers a spacious shower, washbasin, and WC with a sanibroyeur.

All essential equipment and dishes for your stay are provided. Additionally, the studio is equipped with a flat screen TV (with access to Free channels) and WIFI internet connection. A Macbook laptop can be provided free of charge upon request.

On sunny days, guests can enjoy a small private terrace, allowing them to savor the delightful Southwest weather. Sheets and towels are provided, and regular cleaning service is included. For an additional fee of 5 euros per load, guests can also access a washing machine.

Please note that this is a non-smoking rental, however, a table, chair, and ashtray are provided outside for smokers. An optional breakfast service is available at an extra cost.

Une petite halte à Toulouse, fort agréable ! L'accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux, la chambre fort confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux. La formule "en toute liberté" nous a séduit, nous recommandons sans probléme !!!

To get to your destination, follow these revised travel directions:

Exit at 14 and cross the Sea Bream on the Toulousian ring peripheral. Then, continue in the direction of Albi on the RN88.
Pass through the municipality of the Union.
Enter Saint Jean.
Once you reach the first traffic light in Saint Jean, at the top of the hill, turn right onto the first street (there is a shop called "Meat" on the corner).
You will now be on Wood of Saget Road.
Continue down the street for 700 meters until you reach number 41 (across from the oak wood). You have arrived.
