This fully enclosed farm offers a charming rural retreat for up to 6 to 8 people, with disabled guests in mind. The interior features a spacious living and dining room equipped with a TV and DVD player, covering an area of 30m². The kitchen, spanning 20m², is well-appointed with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Additionally, there is a large toilet and sink, a small equipment room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a bathroom with a shower seat. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140cm).Ascending the stone staircase, you will find a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a crib. There are also two additional bedrooms: the Parma room with a double bed (140cm) and the beige room with a double bed (120cm) and a single bed (90cm). Additionally, there is a toilet and sink on this level.
Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, complete with a wooden ramp for easy access. The property also features a lovely lawn. The farm is conveniently located 15km away from the nearest beaches, and our beautiful town offers 44 miles of marked hiking trails. Should you require any assistance, we are available right in front of the house.

Directions
To reach Cherbourg from Valognes, follow the D56 road. Keep an eye out for the third right turn, which will lead you to Road and Water Gallot. Once you spot the hamlet situated 1km up ahead, look out for house number 89.
