With its spacious layout, Cicadas is perfect for family reunions, friends' getaways, group gatherings, seminars, or training sessions. The ground floor of the house, called "Eglantier," includes a main entrance, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a cozy lounge, and two bedrooms with comfortable beds. There is also a separate studio called "Matured" with its own entrance, kitchen, dining area, a lounge with a sofa bed, and a shower. Both the Eglantier and Matured have their own private terrace with garden furniture.

On the first floor, you will find the "Oliver" bedroom. It consists of an entrance hall, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and on the second floor, a landing area and a bedroom with a bathroom. The bedroom offers a mix of double, single, and bunk beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. The Oliver bedroom also features a terrace with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the surroundings.

In the vicinity, you will find shops within 3 kilometers and the city of RUOMS just 5 kilometers away. There are various entertainment options nearby, such as a cinema in RUOMS, a disco, and a bowling alley in Vallon Pont d'Arc. You can also rent bikes and motorcycles, go hang gliding, paragliding, or play golf in UZES, which is 50 kilometers away. For a day at the beach, the sea is 100 kilometers away in PALAVAS. If you visit in July, don't miss the famous festival in Avignon, which is 80 kilometers from the property.
