The ground floor of the farmhouse has been transformed into three spacious and comfortable double rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Each room has a separate entrance, located on different sides of the farmhouse. Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms.Located between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine mountains, Le Marche is a hidden gem that remains untouched by mass tourism. This picturesque area offers everything that Italy is known for – charming villages, stunning natural landscapes, beautiful beaches, and delectable cuisine. Discover our charming detached bungalow, Oleandro, nestled in the serene garden. With a spacious area of 48m², Oleandro is perfect for couples or families with one or two children. Inside, you will find two single beds or one comfortable double bed, as well as a large sleeping couch. For your convenience, a washing machine is provided.Casa Oleandro offers a private garden, parking space, and a breathtaking view of the enchanting hills. Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the farmhouse, where you can mingle with other guests for just €7,00 per person. Please note that smoking is not allowed in Oleandro. If you wish to bring your furry friend along, please contact us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

Directions from Northern Italy:
1. Head towards Milan from Parma - Bologna on the A1.
2. Continue on the A1 towards Bologna.
3. At Bologna, take the A14 in the direction of Rimini - Ancona.
4. Take the A14 exit Ancona Nord and follow the SS76 towards Jesi, Fabriano, and Roma.
5. After approximately 25 minutes, take the Mergo / Apiro exit.
6. Turn right at the exit and follow the signs for Mergo.
7. Continue straight on the road that leads up the mountain.
8. After about 10 minutes, you will pass the village of Mergo.
9. Stay on this road beyond the village.
10. After one kilometer, at the T-junction, continue straight ahead (past a small church).
11. Follow the road towards Rosora, but immediately take the first left onto Via Panocchia.
12. After a little over one kilometer, you will see the sign for "Casa dei Colli" on the right, leading to our Bed & Breakfast.

1. Take the northbound ring road from the A1.
2. Take the Orte exit towards Terni.
3. Turn right at Osteria del Gatto onto the SS76 towards Fabriano and Ancona.
4. Take the exit for Mergo / Apiro.
5. Turn right at the exit and follow the signs for Mergo.
6. Continue straight on the road that leads up the mountain.
7. After about 10 minutes, you will pass the village of Mergo.
