Le Clos Monthébert is a charming cottage nestled in the serene countryside, offering a tranquil retreat for guests seeking peace and relaxation. Originally an old farm, this country house has been beautifully converted and is surrounded by a one-hectare park filled with lush woods, creating a picturesque green setting. The cottage is located in a separate annex attached to the owner's house.Upon entering the cottage, guests are greeted by a bright and spacious entrance hall. The authentic kitchen, adorned with rustic and modern charm, is fully equipped with a hob, oven, large fridge, freezer, microwave oven, and dishwasher. There is also a dining area within the kitchen, perfect for enjoying meals with loved ones. The large living-dining room exudes a flea market atmosphere, creating a unique and inviting space.
The ground floor of the cottage features two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The Plantagenet room boasts a comfortable 160 bed and a stylish ensuite bathroom with an Italian shower, basin, and separate toilet. This spacious room is adorned in shades of gray and mauve, offering a serene ambiance and stunning views of the garden. The Bocage room, on the other hand, offers a cozy retreat with a double bed, rough stone walls, and a tiled floor. It also has its own ensuite bathroom with an Italian shower, basin, and separate toilet.
For those seeking a more private and spacious accommodation, the 24 Hours Room on the upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase. This room features two 90 cm beds that can be combined to form a comfortable 180 bed, as well as an additional 90 cm bed. The room has its own bathroom with a bath, basin, walk-in shower, and separate toilet. This large attic room is perfect for a small family or a group of three individuals, each having their own separate bed.
The cottage provides all necessary amenities, including linen and WIFI. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, furniture, fan, and hairdryer.
