Our recently renovated stable, measuring 40m2, is the perfect sleeping facility for two people. B&B D Oude Backerij offers a comfortable and private stay in our garden. The facility includes a private shower, toilet, and warm water basin. Coffee and tea are complimentary, and central heating ensures a cozy stay even on colder days. The room is equipped with a TV and small fridge for your convenience. Private parking is available just 20 meters from the room. Outside, you can relax on your own terrace and admire the beautiful countryside views. Breakfast is served here when the weather allows.

During your stay, take advantage of the stunning surroundings of Noord-Holland, a region known for its beauty. The Beemster area is officially recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1999. Explore the area by embarking on bicycle tours to nearby destinations such as Edam, Hoorn, or enjoy leisure activities like picnics, swimming, or sailing trips at the Ijsselmeer. Additionally, within a 30-minute drive, you can visit Alkmaar, the famous Zaanse Schans, and of course, Amsterdam.

If you're a golf enthusiast, there are several golf courses nearby, and the owner, who is a golf player himself, is happy to assist with reservations and provide useful information. In addition to being an enthusiastic gardener, the owner is also a wine expert and can offer a selection of great wines upon request.
