We offer a refined and comfortable one-bedroom accommodation with an independent access, private shower room, and toilet. The room is furnished and decorated in an authentic 18th-century style. It can comfortably sleep three adults or three adults and a baby. The bedroom features a 140cm standard double bed, with the option to add a single bed of 90cm. You will have unlimited and free WiFi access during your stay.We also have some promotions available. If you book three consecutive nights or more, you will receive a 10% discount. For stays of one week or more, a 15% discount will be applied. Please note that starting from January 1st, 2017, we are required by the Tourist Office to collect a Tourist Tax of 0.66 per adult per night.
To start your day, a continental breakfast is included in your stay. It will be served in the dining room, or if you prefer, on the terrace when the weather permits.

après être arrivée a bon port grâce au coordonnées GPS , vous êtes très gentiment accueilli,l endroit est paisible tout de suite on s'y sent a l 'aise.L' accès privatif a la chambre est incontestablement un atout, il permet a la fois la proximité avec les hotes mais aussi une totale autonomie voire meme une certaine confidentialité

Directions
To reach the destination without GPS, start from Chenevelles Church and head towards Monthoiron with the church behind you. Proceed for 650m and then, at the bottom of the hill, take the small road on your left which is marked with signs for Biard and La Garde. Continue on this road until you reach the top, where you will encounter a "Cedez le passage" sign. Take a left turn at this point. After traveling for 470m, you will come across the house on your right side. Look for it with its large black iron gates.
