This gite offers a spacious area of 70 m2, comprising of 2 distinct bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The master bedroom also features a private ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a microwave and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a dining room and a comfortable lounge area. Amenities include a telephone for long-distance calls, a color TV, a bathroom, and two separate toilets. For added convenience, a washing machine and central heating are provided. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden, a shaded and enclosed balcony, and outdoor furniture with a barbecue area. A garage is also available for use. During the months of July and August, guests can take advantage of the swimming facility located just 500 meters away. The gite is open throughout the year and unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
