The ground floor features a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a convenient laundry room, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are 3 connecting rooms. The first room boasts a double bed and a single bed, while the second room offers a comfortable sofa bed and two cribs. The third room features two single beds.

Guests will have access to modern amenities, including a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. The house is equipped with both electric heating and a wood stove, ensuring a cozy stay.

Outside, there is an enclosed green space with lush lawns, a barbecue area, garden furniture, a terrace, and various games for children. Two garages are also available for guests' convenience.
