Our charming cottage is situated in a peaceful village surrounded by countryside, offering ample space and tranquility. It is conveniently located approximately 14 kilometers from the famous Mont Saint Michel and just 5 kilometers from Pontorson, the nearest market town. Additionally, it is within a 40-kilometer radius of seaside towns such as Granville, St Malo, and Cancale, providing easy access to beautiful coastal areas. From these towns, you can also embark on a day trip to the Channel Islands, including Chausey and Jersey, by taking a ferry.The cottage boasts 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower and toilet facilities. There is a spacious living room with a sofa-bed, a mezzanine area with an additional sofa for two people, and a cozy corner that can accommodate two more individuals.
The outdoor space is generous, featuring a lush lawn area, a children's corner with a swing and slide, a petanque area for playing boules, a barbecue, and a terrace for relaxation and dining.
We understand that holidays often involve leisurely strolls, so we are happy to accommodate late check-ins.
To ensure your convenience, we provide bed linen and towels, and there will be no additional cleaning fee if the house is left in a reasonably tidy condition.
