We have embarked on a new venture after successfully establishing two theme restaurants in Burgundy, Paris. In 2005, we decided to return to our roots and acquired our ancestral home, marking the beginning of a new chapter in our lives. After dedicating 30 years to the conservation profession in Paris, specifically at "Bourguignon du Marais" which we founded in 1992, we have now handed over its ownership to Philip Lalot, ensuring the continuation of our Burgundian legacy through his careful selection of wines for the menu.

After conducting some renovations, both for our wine cellar and the new buildings to enhance your comfort, we are thrilled to welcome you to our estate for a delightful and immersive experience of discovery and pleasure.
