Nous sommes arrivés dans cette auberge presque par hasard, en suivant des panneaux discrets.
Les mots Domaine et équestre nous avaient interpellés.
Le chemin nous a paru long à guetter l'indication suivante.
Mais en arrivant et en passant le portail, quelle récompense pour notre persévérance, la première impression fut magique : un cadre majestueux, des bâtiments magnifiques au milieu de jardins bien entretenus.
Puis nous sommes entrés dans le restaurant et nous sommes retrouvés au moyen-âge...
L'accueil a été à l'image du lieu, nous avons craqué pour la chambre "le pigeonnier", douillette, confortable avec des meubles anciens, des tableaux et plein de bibelots à un prix très raisonnable, 70 euros. Nous avons très bien dîné, je recommande l'aligot avec de la saucisse d'agneau, je ne connaissais pas, mais c'est un pur
régal, le reste du repas a été de la même veine.
En bref, je conseille à tous de suivre ces panneaux car nous avons été conquis et nous reviendrons dès cet été, un endroit à consommer sans modération !

If you are using GPS, the coordinates are Longitude 3° 06'38"E and Latitude 43° 58'58''N. If you are arriving by train, you can get off at either the Millau or Montpellier Railway stations. If you are coming by plane, the closest airports are Rodez or Montpellier.
