Description:

Description for B&B:

The contemporary longhouse, designed by an architect, showcases a blend of sustainable development and traditional elements. It embraces local knowledge and modernity, offering three distinct styles of comfortable living spaces. The rooms are adorned with luxurious organic cotton satin bed linen, feather and duvet quilts (hypoallergenic bedding available upon request), and pure vegetable Ecocert guest soaps. Additionally, organic cotton and linen towels are provided. Each room is blessed with the gentle morning sun and opens up to a tranquil garden, where sheep graze peacefully while busy bees and nesting birds create a harmonious ambiance. The heart of the house is its expansive open living room, bathed in the warm rays of the south. It is the perfect space to savor our evening meals, crafted with fresh organic vegetables from the garden and locally sourced ingredients. Our "table d'hôtes" showcases regional dishes and homestyle cooking. The house also features a winter garden, complete with a library of useful books to help plan your outings. For those who enjoy road and ATB cycling, we provide specialized equipment and services, including a bicycle shed, repair essentials, suitable meals, and information and assistance. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding areas, including Abbeville, Amiens, Doullens, St Riquier, the Authie and Somme valleys, the Somme Bay, Crécy Forest, and the Circuit of Remembrance. Our guesthouse is accredited by Gîtes de France (3 épis), Green Key, Jardins de Noé, and is an official Refuge of the LPO (French partner of Birdlife International).
