City maps and guidebooks are provided for guests' convenience in choosing restaurants and discovering the area.

The spacious rooms in "La Villa 30" are fully equipped with internet, WiFi, large LCD TVs, cable television, and English and international channels. Each room has its own private bathroom. All the rooms are located on the upper floors of the house, ensuring privacy and a separate entrance for guests.
