This charming gite offers a spacious living space of 100 m2 and a beautiful landscaped garden spanning 700 m2. With its south-facing orientation, you can enjoy plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day. The gite features 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with a separate toilet.Inside, the gite is fully furnished and ready for you to move in. The main room serves as both an entrance and a living area, complete with comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a large cabinet, a dining table with 6 chairs, lamps, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi access. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a double-bowl sink, a 4-burner gas hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and all necessary tableware.
The ground floor bedroom offers two separable beds, fitted closets, a bedside table, and bedding linen. Upstairs, the mezzanine bedroom features a double bed (separable), two bed lamps, storage units, an armchair, a desk, a phone plug, and bedding linen. The bathroom is equipped with heated towel racks, washbasins, a cupboard, a bath, a shower, and bathroom linen. Additionally, there are separate toilets for your convenience.
