Welcome to our charming house situated in a tranquil dead end, adjacent to an inactive farm. With a spacious area of 120 m², our house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (with the possibility of accommodating 9 with extra beds).On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room spanning 35m², complete with a television, stereo, and telephone téléséjour. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, gas hob with hood, and freezer. Additionally, a laundry area with a washing machine and a bathroom with a bath and toilet are also conveniently located on this floor.
As you ascend to the upper level, you will discover three generously sized bedrooms, a hallway, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Rest assured, parking will never be an issue as we offer space for up to 3 cars behind the house.
To make the most of the beautiful surroundings, a terrace and garden await you at the front of the house, facing south. Here, you can relax on the outdoor furniture, enjoy a delightful barbecue, and take in the picturesque countryside views without any overlooking neighbors.
