The bustling city center of Stephansplatz is also just a mere 9-minute train journey away.For those seeking entertainment, shopping, and dining options, the Donauzentrum shopping mall is conveniently situated within a 5-minute walk.
Start your day with a delicious and nutritious breakfast spread. Guests can enjoy a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, homemade jams, and muesli. Additionally, an appetizing egg dish and a delightful assortment of cheeses are also available.

Car:
If you are coming from the south (A2), take the A22 until you reach the exit labeled "Vienna International Center" and then immediately take the exit for "Kagran." After exiting the tunnel, turn left at the traffic light, and then turn right at the next traffic light onto "Wagramerstraße." Continue driving for approximately 1 kilometer, crossing the old danube river. At the Mc´Donald´s, turn left onto a road called "Franz Loidl Straße." Drive for 200 meters, then take a left, followed by the next right onto a road called "Obere Alte Donau." The next small road on the right is Schlenthergasse. Our house is number 17. Despite the initial complexity, the route is actually quite simple!
Train:
Take subway U1 and get off at Kagran station. It is only a 5-minute walk from the subway station to our house. Since the street is not well-known, I recommend picking up one of the free maps of Vienna at the train station. When you arrive at Kagran Station, it's essential to take the back exit towards Anton Sattler Gasse. Once you are out of the station, turn right into the small lane, and at the end of the lane, you will reach Donizettiweg. Turn right onto Donizettiweg, and the second street on the left is Schlenthergasse, where you will find The Rooms at number 17.
