Located just ten minutes away from downtown La Rochelle and Ile de Re, this spacious guest room offers a peaceful retreat with a large enclosed garden (800 m²). The room measures 35 m² and features an independent large bay window that overlooks the garden and terrace. Inside, you'll find an office corner, a comfortable double bed (1,60 m x 2m), and the possibility of adding two extra beds (90 cm x 2m). The room is also equipped with two leather armchairs, a wardrobe, and a corner style multimedia setup that includes a TV, satellite, DVD, USB, and WiFi. The private bathroom, toilets, entrance, and parking complete the amenities.Within a short distance, you can enjoy numerous walks by the sea and beaches, as well as indulge in activities like tennis and golf (18 holes). All necessary shops and restaurants are conveniently located nearby, and the airport and train station are just ten minutes away.
The guest room can accommodate up to four people, and rates range from €50 to €90 per night, including breakfast. Please note that there is a minimum stay of two nights for booking the guest room, and it is closed from 1st November to 28th February every year.
The rates for the guest room, including breakfast, are as follows:
- Low season (01/09 - 30/06): €55 for 1 person, €58 for 2 people, €75 for 3 people, €90 for 4 people.
- High season (01/07 - 31/08): €60 for 1 person, €63 for 2 people, €78 for 3 people, €90 for 4 people.
Please note that the local holiday tax is not included in the rates.

Toujours aussi agreable pour notre 3e séjour dans cette chambre d'hotes avec un super accueil.nous venons de passer 5 nuits avec notre petit fils et avons profité des bons petits déjeuners de mme mieze ainsi que de la terrasse bien agréable le soir

Séjour 2 nuits les 23 et 24 avril 2015
Excellente adresse pour une famille de 4 avec une chambre réellement spacieuse et confortable. La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de l'espace extérieur pour prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse, c'est notre seul regret. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
